Do I need to load?
No. BoostBites are designed for daily use at a steady dose. Loading is not necessary and offers no advantage if you're consistent.
When should I take them?
Time of day doesn’t matter. What matters is taking 3 gummies daily — consistently.
Can I split the dose throughout the day?
Yes. You can take all 3 at once or spread them out. Total daily intake is what counts.
How long until I feel results?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within Germany.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is €4.99 per order. Orders over €75 — or active subscriptions — receive free shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact support@boostbites.co within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I return my order?
Unopened, factory-sealed items can be returned within 30 days. Subscription and promo orders are excluded. Returns are subject to a €15 restocking fee, and return shipping is not covered.

Where can I view my past orders?
Log in through the “Account” menu. You’ll find a full history of your previous orders, along with their statuses.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Go to your account dashboard and select “Manage Subscriptions.” You can cancel, pause, or skip deliveries anytime — no lock-in.
Can I change my payment or shipping info?
Yes. Log in and update your address or billing details from your account settings.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. It’s also available under your order history in your account.
I didn’t get a confirmation email — what now?
Check your spam folder first. If nothing’s there, contact support@boostbites.co and we’ll resend it manually.
