BoostBites Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Delivery Area
We currently ship only within Germany.

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is charged at €4.99 per order. Orders exceeding €75 (or subscriptions) qualify for free standard shipping.

Address and Delivery Requirements
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate and complete shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, in original factory-sealed condition. Subscription orders and promotional purchases are excluded from returns.

Return Fees and Conditions
Returned items are subject to a €15 restocking fee per pouch. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return, email support@boostbites.co. You will receive return instructions as soon as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Any product issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photo or video evidence is required to process the claim. Where applicable, we offer either a full replacement or a refund. Cases are reviewed individually. Please note that damage due to improper storage, such as exposure to high temperatures, is not covered.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will receive a refund minus a €15 processing fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. A new order must be placed if the product is still desired.

Additional Conditions

Shipping is currently limited to Germany. Customers should avoid leaving packages in direct sunlight, as heat damage is not covered. Subscription orders are non-returnable once shipped.
